Fire Damage Lead Technician
The Fire Damage Lead Technician is a vital part of a production team consisting of a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Superintendent and Lead Technician. You must demonstrate, and be able to effectively communicate, sound working knowledge of fire damage mitigation, procedures, and protocols. You must be able to direct Fire Damage Laborers and subcontractors on jobsites as necessary as well as answer questions relating to the fire restoration process. This position requires the efficient management of employees, paperwork, sub-contractors, as well as communication with staff, municipalities, insurance adjusters and customers. This position requires hands-on restoration skills. You must demonstrate, and be able to effectively communicate, sound working knowledge of restoration procedures and protocols.
